Description	This repository contains the data of P. falciparum parasitemia recorded by blood-smears during the pre-intervention period of the REACT Randomized Controlled Trial in Burkina Faso (BF) and Côte d'Ivoire (CI). Data is available for every individual younger than 18 y/o in BF and 21 y/o in CI, living in 55 villages, that presented to three cross-sectional surveys between August 2016 and June 2017.
