Description
| These data frames present topographical, physical and environmental variables to characterize the nesting habitat and burrows (i.e., width, height and depth) of the Tahiti petrel in New Caledonia. Sample were collected from May 2018 to July 2020 on Nemou Island, located off the eastern coast of New Caledonia.
- The first data frame is made of 102 rows corresponding to the quadrats and 17 columns presenting the orientation, slope, elevation, substrate cover, vegetation cover, distance to coastline, number of trunks and the soil depth within each quadrat.
- The second data frame is made of 87 rows corresponding to the burrows and 18 column presenting the orientation, slope, elevation, substrate cover, vegetation cover, burrows characteristics and density within a 1m radius of each burrow.
