The CARE (Centre of Asian Research on watEr), based on the campus of Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam, develops fundamental and applied research on regional issues facing the Mekong Delta region.
Mission of CARE is to develop interdisciplinary research on water, environment and climate change and to build up cooperation among universities in the country and Southeast Asia with the partners of RESCIF. The operation of CARE is under open method. CARE is to support and develop advanced methods, inventions and patents to encourage new technologies and practice in interdisciplinary, comprehensive and sustainable orientation.
