Description
| This set of data is supporting research on Artemisia annua, a Chinese traditional antipyretic plant, whose teas showed antimarial properties, and are used in area where malaria is endemic. This plant is also the source of artemisinin (ART), a molecule of utmost importance in the therapeutic arsenal against malaria.
In this study A. annua teas were prepared with 32 different samples of A. annua, from south France and from 10 different plantations in Benin. Artemisinin (ART) was quantified in herbal teas The herbal tea extracts were tested against chloroquine-sensitive 3D7 strain of P. falciparum to determine IC50 values of the teas. Chemical composition was determined by LC-HRMS profiling.
This set of data presents the UHPLC-HRMS chromatograms of A. annua teas (raw data), the metadata associated with this files. (2025-01-21) |
