Supplementary material for published study entitled "Ecoregional and temporal dynamics of dugong habitat use in a complex coral reef lagoon ecosystem". This dataverse includes 1) the filtered and interpolated GPS tracks of 16 satellite-tagged dugongs (Dugong dugon) in the coral reef lagoonal ecosystems of New Caledonia, South Pacific, and 2) the predicted maps of critical dugongs habitats produced as part of this study.
