IRD partnerships in Vietnam

IRD is involved in Vietnam as part of its research since the early 1990s. The research activities are conducted by IRD researchers on assignment with Vietnamese research institutions or researchers during short or medium stays. These research activities, defined in cooperation between IRD researchers and Vietnamese partners, are carried out jointly by researchers of both countries and aim to develop and acquire original knowledge publishable in the best international scientific journals and used for the development of Vietnam.
